  Pricing

The services of Graphics are provided without any charge back to the customer. Exceptions are generally limited to incidental materials expenses (e.g., blank CDs and labels for CD-ROM publishing) and to outsourced services.

Outsourced services are charged back directly to the appropriate account.
These services include:
    - Large format color and B&W printing
    - CD-ROM duplication
    - Color photographic print services
    - Video production services
    - Offset print publishing

Prices for these services vary widely but we will provide quotes prior to any commitment.

  Scheduling

The time needed to complete a project also varies significantly. The size and complexity of the job, and our current workload determine the schedule. As a general rule, 4 to 5 day turnaround allows us time to comfortably integrate your work into our schedule.

Obviously, many projects have much shorter time requirements. We're able to accommodate those requests the majority of the time but previous commitments may prevent it. Scheduling projects requiring the use of outside vendors may take more time as the schedule must include the time needed by the vendor after in-house production is completed. Finally, some projects, such as publishing an interactive CD-ROM, may require several weeks or more to complete as programming, mapping, and quality checks on all levels must be performed.
